THIS PROGRAM HELPS BUILD, TONE & CONDITION THE LOWER BODY, FOCUSING ON BUILDING THE GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS, QUADS & LOWER BACK/ABS FOR 3 DAYS/WEEK.

THE 2 DAYS OF UPPER BODY TRAINING FOCUSING ON OVERALL STRENGTHENING & TONING BY INCORPORATING BODYWEIGHT, DBs & OTHER APPARATUSES TO HELP INTRODUCE WOMEN TO LIFTING, WITHOUT THE FEAR OF THE BARBELL & THE MISCONCEPTION FROM IT.
