THIS WEEKLY PROGRAM ALTERS REPS/SETS SCHEMES WEEKLY, THOUGH UTILIZING THE SAME MOVEMENTS FOR 4-5WEEK LENGTHS.

THIS HELPS MEMBERS ON THE PROGRAM ADAPT TO THE MOVEMENTS BY BUILDING THE STRENGTH FOR THE MOTIONS THROUGHOUT THE WEEKS,

BUT ALLOWING THEM TO LEARN & PERFECT THE MOTIONS PRESCRIBED, TO READ & UNDERSTAND THE PROGRAM TO FOLLOW AS IF THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES!
